Parkhouse Pictures

Parkhouse Pictures is a British film company dedicated to making high-quality feature films for audiences in the UK and around the world. It creates a diverse array of highly commercial films from a contemporary Shakespeare adaptation to a highly stylized zombie apocalyptic musical.

 

Prior to Parkhouse Pictures Steve and Tracy Jarvis, have excelled in several industries including finance, property, telecommunications and running a Theatrical Agency. Once in the arts, the transition to film production was a natural one. 

Since its formation in 2014, Parkhouse Pictures has grown quickly and completed a plethora of productions, notably the BAFTA nominated zombie, horror musical 'Anna and the Apocalypse', which had its cinematic release in the UK through Vertigo and in the USA by MGM Orion. It is currently available to watch on Amazon. The family movie 'A Christmas Gift from Bob', enjoyed worldwide sales and was directed by Charles Martin Smith (A Dog’s Way Home, Dolphin Tale). UK distribution was via Lionsgate, and it is currently available to screen on Amazon. Their psychological horror 'The Kindred' starring April Pearson, James Cosmo and Blake Harrison had its premiere at the opening night of Frightfest. It was released in US cinemas early 2022 is now available on major UK and US VOD platforms. 

‘Followers’, a new take on the consistently popular ‘Found Footage’ horror genre had its worldwide premier at Frightfest. It was aired in UK cinema’s by Vue and Showcase early 2022 and is available on most UK and US streaming sites. They are currently distributing their modern adaptation of Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Night’s Dream' directed by Sacha Bennett and starring Robert Lindsay (My Family and Wimbledon), Florence Kasumba (Black Panther/The Falcon and The Winter Soldier) and Juliet Aubrey (The Infiltrator/Snatch).
